A FEW HELPFUL ANSWERS

Before your
first visit.

Read the patient agreement
What happens at my first appointment?

For chronic concerns, the initial consultation (Erstanamnese) lasts approximately 2 hours 30 minutes and is listed at €490. Can Ikram takes a detailed medical history and discusses your concerns, expectations and next steps. Please bring details of your medicines and any relevant medical reports. An acute consultation is listed at €196 for one hour.

Do I need a subscription to book?

No. Individual consultations are available separately. If you are new to the practice, an initial consultation is the best place to discuss whether ongoing consultations would be appropriate. It is not included in the sample subscriptions.

Can I have a consultation online?

Yes. Consultations take place online or at Praxisgemeinschaft Osteopathie & Naturmedizin Schwabing, Hohenzollernstraße 97, 80796 Munich. Choose your preferred format when requesting an appointment.

Can homeopathy replace medical treatment?

No. Homeopathy has not been shown by reliable evidence to effectively treat medical conditions. It should not replace diagnosis, prescribed treatment, vaccination, or urgent care. Do not change prescribed medicines without your prescribing clinician’s advice. Read the evidence overview.

How do I change or cancel a subscription?

Once billing is activated, use ‘Manage subscription’ to access the secure Stripe billing portal. Under the proposed terms, you can stop renewal before your next billing date and retain access to included services until the paid period ends. Final terms must be confirmed before enrolment.

Will my health insurance reimburse the fees?

Clinic153 is a private practice. Please ask your insurer about coverage and reimbursement before booking; you remain responsible for the fees. The practice does not liaise directly with insurance providers. Individual services are invoiced with reference to the LVKH billing directory rather than the GebüH fee schedule, as set out in the patient agreement.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Please contact Clinic153 at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@clinic153.com or calling +49 (0) 170 7414007. Late cancellation may result in a fee, as described in the patient agreement.

When is the practice open?

Monday to Thursday: 09:30–17:30. Friday: 13:30–17:30. Saturday: 09:30–14:30. All times are local Munich time. Consultations are by appointment.
