CLINIC153 · SUBSCRIPTIONS
Care, without surprises.
Your treatment agreement
The practice’s patient agreement sets out the terms for consultations, data privacy, fees, cancellation and patient responsibilities. The subscription arrangements below are a proposed addition and remain subject to confirmation before enrolment.
What a subscription includes
Each example plan covers the follow-up consultations and non-urgent check-ins listed on the subscription page. The initial chronic consultation is booked and paid for separately; its listed fee is €490. Remedies, tests, prescriptions, specialist services and other medical treatment are not included. Subscriptions are not health insurance and do not guarantee a health outcome.
Appointments
Consultations must be requested and confirmed by the practice. A calendar preference is not a reserved appointment. The Clinic153 patient agreement asks for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellation may incur a fee. Under the proposed subscription model, included appointments are for the subscriber and unused visits do not roll over.
Fees and payment
Clinic153 is a private practice. The patient agreement refers to the LVKH billing directory rather than the GebüH fee schedule and requires individual invoices to be paid within 7 days. Patients are responsible for checking reimbursement with their insurer; Clinic153 does not communicate directly with insurers about coverage.
The example subscriptions offer monthly or annual recurring payments in euros. Annual payments would be collected in full at the start of each year, even where a monthly equivalent is displayed. The confirmed amount and renewal schedule must be shown before payment. Live enrolment is not yet open.
Renewal and cancellation
The proposed plans renew automatically until cancelled before the next billing date. Cancellation would stop the next renewal, with included services available until the end of the paid period. Refunds, withdrawal rights, changes to prices and the final cancellation arrangements must be confirmed in the subscription agreement before activation.
Scope of the service
The service is for non-emergency homeopathic consultations. It does not replace necessary conventional medical care or prescribed treatment. The Clinic153 patient agreement states that changes to conventional medication must be discussed with the patient’s primary healthcare provider. Email check-ins are not an emergency service.
Managing your plan
Once payments are enabled, use the secure billing portal from the Subscriptions page to manage payment details, invoices and renewal.
